HOLIDAY BUNGALOW, SUSSEX BEACH VILLAGE BRACKLESHAM BAY, WEST SUSSEX
Bracklesham Bay is located near East Wittering Village, just 8 miles from Chichester. The bungalow is 10 minutes walk from the sea
and located in the lovely landscaped holiday village “Sussex Beach”, which is surrounded by countryside and features an outdoor heated pool,
tennis courts, children’s play area, crazy golf & “The Stags Head” pub.
The bungalow is compact and comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double and a twin with bunk beds), lounge/dining room (with double bed-settee),
fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and electric shower. It is warm with electric heating in every room and carpeted throughout,
with sliding patio doors to well maintained lawns and flower beds. Garden furniture and a TV/Video are included.
The holiday village is on flat ground, easy for walking through its lovely landscaped grounds with natural water features. There’s plenty of
space around the bungalow and pleasant walks can also be had in the surrounding countryside, or along the beach. The local Witterings
Village is a short drive or a pleasant walk away. Earnley Butterly Centre is within walking distance and a boat slipway 1.5 miles. Also in the
area are: Goodwood Race Course; Chichester Marina, Cathedral and Theatre; Arundel Castle and Pagham Nature Reserve.
The site is quiet and peaceful and does not allow persons under 25, unless with a family group. No dogs please and no smoking within the bungalow.

Rates: £120 per week other than July & August and public holidays when the rate is £240 per week. Short breaks, other than July, Aug & bank hols; Sat,
Sun & Mon at £80 and Tue to Fri inc also at £80. The rate is for up to 6 persons sharing but excludes electricity; you must also bring your own towels and
bed linen and leave the place clean and tidy for the next group.
